All content must comply with applicable Australian laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish.
CivicLink is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including scheduling conflicts, data loss, or miscommunication. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access to CivicLink if you violate these terms, including posting prohibited content or misusing platform features. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using CivicLink. The latest version is always available on this page.
